Yoga my Passion
I provide quality yoga classes in English and in Hungarian with a focus on relaxation and self-care. For me, yoga is an art of movement, breath and meditation.
I teach Power Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Restorative Yoga and Yin to all levels in and around the Budapest region. All yoga sessions have a unique offering: Sound bath.
My goal is to make the practice of yoga accessible and enjoyable to anyone.
Reiki & Energy Work
Celestial Reiki by Dori
I am a Certified Reiki master and I mainly practice Celestial Reiki, through which I invite Angels and otherworldly Light beings (who I work with on the astral realm) to support the energy work and throughout the process, we may be able to see, do or experience some or many of the followings: unresolved traumas, understand certain behavioural patterns, remove emotional blockages, spot limiting beliefs, open and activate Chakras, channel information from Source, receive guidance and/or messages for the client.
Make sure you come with an INTENTION or at least with your curiosity and open mind.
My mission is to help others safely return to themselves—through gentle presence, physical awareness, and emotional reconnection. I decode what people can’t express. I translate emotional chaos into clear and safe reflections. I guide others back into presence through movement, breath and gentle body-awareness. I hold space for emotional release and nervous system repair. I use energy, sound, touch, essential oils, crystals, instruments and meditative storytelling to help people regulate. I work with Angels and otherworldly light beings.
Cacao Medicine & Women’s Circles
The Plant Medicine Spirit of Cacao
Some traditions (including the indigenous cacao keepers) believe that every plant, psychedelic or not, has a spirit. In the earlier days, humans lived in harmony with the natural world and saw plants as intelligent, alive beings and healers in their own light. On the simplest level, this is why we use supplements, herbs, superfoods and adaptogens – as a way to reconnect with this primal wisdom that’s becoming more and more readily available.
Once you’ve experienced a group (or an individual) cacao ceremony, it’s impossible to think that cacao doesn’t have a spirit. It shows up differently for everyone, but generally, it’s known as a playful, gentle medicine that connects you to your own deep-rooted wisdom within.

What is Included?
Healing Space, Aromatherapy, Sharing Circle, Oracle cards, Guided Meditation with Frequencies, Yoga, Dancing or Hiking, Transbreathing sessions, Support, Sound bath, Somatic practices, etc. We always begin with a Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony. The evening may includes other uplifting practices and cleansing rituals. Let the Universe guide us towards healing and completeness.
Sound Healing & Private Yoga
Sound Baths & Sound Massages
I use frequencies and vibrations of different istruments for this experience. My “helpers” are: Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal bowl, Indonesian rainstick, ocean dub, koshis, rattles, shaman drums. Handpan occassionally.
Didgeridoo Chakra alignment (frequency treatment) is available upon request.
Private Yoga
I provide personalised yoga sessions indoor/outdoor, at your preferred location or in the yoga studio, where I teach. Possibility to order it with Sound bath included!
