My speciality, the Vinyasa flow
I offer Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga classes that blend fluid movement, breath awareness, and mindful flow. My Journey through Thailand and the Himalayan Mountains has deeply shaped my practice and teachings. I use creative sequencing to bring a fresh, dynamic approach to traditional Vinyasa yoga, offering a practice that feels both exciting and challenging.
Other yoga styles I teach: Hatha, Hatha flow, Power yoga, Yin, Trauma-Informed yoga
In my classes, I focus on correct alignment, breathing, how to master relaxation and self-care and I point out my students their biggest potential so they can grow in their practice and watch their progress.
For me, Yoga is an Art of Movement, Breath and Meditation.

My mission is to help others safely return to themselves—through gentle presence, physical awareness, emotional reconnection and intuitive channeling. I decode what people can’t express. I translate emotional chaos into clear and safe reflections. I guide others back into presence through movement, breath and gentle body-awareness. I hold space for emotional release and nervous system repair. I provide a safe space for inner alchemy. I work with Angels and otherworldly light beings. I often use psychic abilities during a Reiki session - this depends on the circumstances and on my ability to connect and go deep.

The Plant Medicine Spirit of Cacao
Some traditions (including the indigenous cacao keepers) believe that every plant, psychedelic or not, has a spirit. In the earlier days, humans lived in harmony with the natural world and saw plants as intelligent, alive beings and healers in their own light. On the simplest level, this is why we use supplements, herbs, superfoods and adaptogens – as a way to reconnect with this primal wisdom that’s becoming more and more readily available.
Once you’ve experienced a group (or an individual) cacao ceremony, it’s impossible to think that cacao doesn’t have a spirit. It shows up differently for everyone, but generally, it’s known as a playful, gentle medicine that connects you to your own deep-rooted wisdom within.

What is Included?

The evening may includes other uplifting practices and cleansing rituals.
