You can donate in advance for the session or pay cash in the end of the class. Please contribute with the amount equally worth the experience you've had. Suggested donations: 2000huf- as much as you can afford.
We are supporting animal rescue organisations, fox and dog shelters so this is what you are contributing to. :)

What is a Vinyasa flow?
Linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. With creative and balanced sequences, strengthening and lengthening, detoxing and pranayama, you will experience a strong, safe and supportive practice. Modifications and options will be provided for different abilities. You'll have the opportunity to play with some backbends, forward bends and inversions if you choose, and cool down with some deep stretches to restore the body and mind.
Dori's qualifications:
• Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga (200hrs) - India
• Mysore Ashtanga (100hrs) - Thailand
• Yin yoga (100hrs) - Hungary
• Reiki practitioner
• Breathwork facilitator
• Cacao ceremonialist
• Women's circle facilitator
My aim is to teach you all those skills and qualities you need to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life through Yoga; such as self-confidence, courage, kindness, grace, resilience, self-love&care, motivation, trust, discipline, strength, patience, ease, mindfulness.
