📍 MEETING POINT📍 11 am Solymár train station.

🥾⛰️Hike: easy, 5 km, 2hour long, easy terrain. Waterfall and castle are waiting for us 🙂

🧘‍♂️Yoga: standing flow to feel at your best. Suitable for everybody.

🧘🏼‍♂️Meditation: After the Yoga practice you will exprience a very deep relaxation with healing sound made by tibetan bowls. Connect with your deep self.

👟 What to wear: hiking boots, WARM clothes.

🎒 What to bring: a THICK blanket or towel for the practice, water, snacks.
