🚀Dear hiker Yogini! As it now gets colder and colder in Hungary, our team is adjusting as well to winter time and will make the Hike&Yoga events even more suitable for everybody. Welcome on board 🙂 Our spiritual spaceship is turning the heating system on and landing to the Buda Hills!🛸

Program: - Hike in Buda Hills (1,5 h) , chanting and kundalini awakening exercises part 1 - Meditative Yin Yoga with aromatherapy by Dori, 1 h - Supine Breathing and kundalini awakening exercises part 2, 10 min -Meditative Concert with electro space waves (Neptune real sound played live) and Tibetan bowls by Fra, 50 min.

What do I need?
Warm clothes, hiking shoes or good trainers and enough drink/ snacks.
