Hike&Yoga - Relax in Maria Valley

Meeting point:  10.30, bus stop is Budakeszi, gyógyszertár

Program (the trail is a trademark of Hike&Yoga):

- Gathering in front of the stop "Budakeszi, gyógyszertár"

- Short walk to the beautiful Makkosi park to start our mindful practices of gentle morning yoga and immersive sound bath meditation with many ethnic instruments! A first taste of nature therapy. 😉

- Quick snack before we start an easy and panoramic hike immerse in nature to the forgotten beauty of Magaskői hill and the Maria Valley. The charm of Bupdapest will enchant you again :)  

***excursive spiritual activities (like chanting, pranayama, games etc...) may be expected from us anytime during the day as well.

LENGTH OF THE HIKE: 5 km, medium stamina is recommended to fully enjoy the experience.

Registration is mandatory through my website, this will allow us to give you the best experience and you can be always updated about this event.

Fee: 3,000huf cash on arrival (thank you for supporting us).

What do I need?

Comfy clothes, hiking boots or good trainers and enough water, some snacks, your yoga mat or a thick towel to put underneath you for the practice.
