Hike&Yoga Retreat - a weekend in DreamValley

•Meeting point• in Piliscsaba Iskola (school) bus station at 9.45 am.

Day 1 ~ Saturday

9.45 - Arriving at Piliscsaba train or bus station then 30mins walk to DreamValley 

10.45 - (alternatively - if you are traveling by car) Arrival at Álomvölgy Meditációs Központ 

11.00 - ice breaker & orientation

11.45 - an unusual meditation session 

'Get lost in the labyrinth and find yourself.'

13.00 - quick snack (there will be a fridge for you to keep whatever meal you wanna bring with you)

13.30 - a mindful walk together to Garancsi lake and to the Mushroom rock, connecting to Mother Nature, pranayama practice, silent meditation

15.30 - back to base, chilling or you can ask for a private Angel card reading from Dori

17.00 - gentle Yoga flow for vitality and an immersive Sound bath to relax with ambient music, tibetan bowls and many other instruments 

Awakened soul, Energized body and Tranquil mind.

19.15 - Vegetarian dinner

20.00 - Ancestral tribal dance party at lakeside, to shake the universe together and have fun. You can bring your own instrument if you like.

22.00 -  bonfire and stargazing at the retreat center 

23.00 - a big restorative sleep

Day 2 ~ Sunday

07.00 - a spiritual good morning

07.30 - Morning Yin yoga & Meditative concert outdoor

09.30 - Breakfast buffet Vegetarian 

11.00 - Hike up to Dévényi Antal-kilátó to admire the stunnig view and to do our powerful mantra chanting at the viewpoint with Palo Santo.

14.30 - Vegetarian lunch at DreamValley

15.30 - Story telling, Chilling, Good-byes

📌RETREAT LOCATION: 

DreamValley, Piliscsaba

30km away from Budapest, you can travel by bus (bus 800 from Árpád Híd) or train (from Nyugati or Újpest).

General: 35,000huf (Until 22 July 2022)

INCLUDED: 1-night accommodation , 3 Vegetarian meals, hike, yoga and meditation sessions, sound healing therapy, tarot reading and the tribal party. NOT INCLUDED: travelling costs and the other meal

ACCOMODATION TYPE:

Shared yurta - toilet/shower outside or in the event hall (main hall will be available only on Saturday).

Shared mobile houses - toilet/shower inside.

Pick your choice during the registration process.

What do I need?  Yoga mat or towel for the outdoor practice, some extra food/snacks, sunscreen, insect repellent.

Rules: 

It is a spiritual retreat, please act accordingly and avoid any excess. Smoking is not allowed in the center. We recommend to keep your smartphones away during this weekend.
