Hike&Yoga Retreat - A weekend in Heaven

You are invited for our Hike&Yoga Retreat in Hollókő, the ethnographic village in Hungary and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

•MEETING POINT• in Hollókő at 10.30 am

(Bus number 1024 departs from Budapest at 8.39 am from Puskás Ferenc Stadion, journey: 2hrs)

Day 1 ~ Saturday

10.30 - Arrival in Hollókő

10.45 - Hike up to the retreat center (45 mins)

12.00 - Yin Yang yoga and Sound bath to set our intentions for this retreat.

13.30 - Lunch *not included

(there will be a fridge for you to store your own meal)

15.00 - HIKE - Forest exploration, view points, lakes, look-up towers; then a short tour to see the famous Hollókő Castle from the outside, healing ceremony with Raven Stone.

18.00 - Back to base ~ Chill

(sauna can be used for 800huf)

19.00 - Vegetarian Dinner *included

20.00 - Aliencore meditative music concert to transcend the body and fly away. Free dancing ~ party ~ chill.

22.00 - a big restorative sleep

Day 2 ~ Sunday ( schedule may suffer minor changes)

7.00 - a spiritual good morning

7.15 - Breakfast *included

8.15 - Spiritual Hike to Garab

*various activities may be expected from us at anytime

10.30 - Garáb tour to admire Samsara Hangtál - the largest Tibetan bowl in the globe (tour included)

*Optional Sound bath for 12,000huf

15.30 Depart back to home

*if you are with public transportation you can depart from Garab to Budapest. Bus departs at 15.40 and arrive in Budapest at 18pm.

**if you are with car you can take the bus back to Hollókő (bus time is 5 mins), bus departing at 15.40pm

PRICE: 35,000huf

INCLUDED:

1-night accommodation , 2 vegetarian meals (one dinner, one breakfast), the guided tour in Garàb, hike, yoga and meditation session, sound healing therapy, ambient music concert.

NOT INCLUDED:

Sound bath with Samsara (optional), travelling costs and the other meals you need.

ACCOMODATION TYPE:

Shared yurta - toilet/shower outside or in the event hall (main hall will be available only on Saturday).

What do I need?

Yoga mat or blanket for the outdoor practice, towel, some extra food/snacks (you can bring meat if you prefer), sunscreen, insect repellent.

Rules

It is a spiritual retreat, please act accordingly and avoid any excess. If you smoke please do it away from the center. We recommend to keep your smartphones away during this weekend.
