Hike&Yoga - Winter Edition

🚀Dear hiker Yogini!

As it now gets colder and colder in Hungary, our team is adjusting as well to winter time and will make the Hike&Yoga events even more suitable for everybody.   

Welcome on board :)

In November our spiritual spaceship is turning the heating system on and landing to Kőbánya Forest!🛸

🙏Please🙏 register your participation with the app (Dora Yoga website, tickets links in this event page), spaces are limited, thank you! 

📍 MEETING POINT📍 11 am Kőbányai Bánya-tó lake. 

🚍Transportation tip for you: take Metro M3 to Kobanya Kispest and walk or take bus 85/85E🚍 

🥾Hike: easy, 4.5 km, 1,5-2 hours long, easy terrain. We are going to hike in one of the most surprising areas in Budapest, passing by lake, farm, bunker, labyrinthic forest trails and World War 2 relics. 

🧘‍♂️Yoga&meditation: After the hike we will move in to a Studio (close to the end of the trail) for our usual spiritual practices: Easy Dragonfly Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation. 

Everybody is welcomed.

💰Fee: 3000 huf - included: our support, the spiritual practices, the tour, the equipment in studio and our sympathy of course ❤️

👟 What to wear: hiking boots, WARM clothes with layers (prepare comfy clothes suitable for yoga practice as well).

🎒 What to bring:  water, snacks.

NO NEED TO CARRY YOGA MAT WITH YOU.
