Kundalini Yoga with Cosmic Sounds

Namaste dear Souls,

This upcoming Friday (19th of January) the usual Yin yoga class turns into a Kundalini yoga practice where we will activate and purify all 7 Chakras (energy centers of the body) with Yoga postures (Asanas), Breathwork (Pranayama), Mantra, Meditation, Visualization, Sounds and Frequencies. If you don't know what the Chakras are, no worries, I'll talk about them in the beginning of the class. This is a strong session, done in a safe and blessed space, which we will create TOGETHER. 

Duration: 2hrs (Sound bath included)

The class is suitable for all ages and genders. 

Yoga style: easy

Time: 18.30PM-20.30PM (arrive at 18.20)

Location: Healing Home, Pozsonyi way 54.

Ring bell 33 and come to the 3rd floor.
