The first half of the class is a dynamic flow and the second half is a yin style yoga. So you are really going to experience the element of Fire and the element of Water IN ONE YOGA PRACTICE.

30' Yin yoga (stretching)

15' Sound healing therapy

Ring bell 33 and come to the 3rd floor.
