Hike&Yoga is pleased to offer you a day full immersed in nature in Telki, a green protected area.

Why Spiritual?💫

We believe in the importance to elevate our consciousness far away from our ego by connecting to nature and create a healthy community, where everybody feels safe and loved, a pure sensory experience.

🌳  Program (the trail is a trademark of Hike&Yoga):

- Meet at Telki Kovászda Kézműves Pékség & Kávézó, who say coffe? :)

- Hike for about 2,5/3 h (easy trail, chill walk) around Budai Tájvédelmi Körzet, reaching the highest point “Csergezán Pál-kilátó”, the trail is full of fantastic view points, even the Esztergom Basilika can been seen, eyes opened 😊;

- At the end of the hike we invite to stretch the body in a huge and panoramic field to avoid sore muscles 💪 before back home 🏠.

**excursive spiritual activities (like chanting, pranayama, games etc...) may be expected from us anytime during the hike as well.

💰Fee: 2500huf cash on arrival (This fee is to support our little organization and allow us to provide the best experience - Thank you) .

Length: 12  km

No experience required, however we recommend medium stamina to fully enjoy the hike.

🎒 What do I need? 🎒

Comfy clothes, hiking boots or good trainers and enough water, some snacks.
