The town is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers, in ancient times the surrounding were used by kings and queens for bathing, hunting and religious ceremonies in the forest!

🥾 We will hike to Királyrét tanösvény, you can get to know the wildlife of the forests and the lakes and the history of small railways and iron mining. We will explore the cave (100 mt deep) and at the end will climb up (easy path / climb) to Várhegy-kilátó tower to admire the view of Sas-hegy, Só-hegy, Kő-hegy, Kopasz-hegy, Nagy-Inóc, Nagy Hideg-hegy, Csóványos and Karancs (are the surrounding hills / mountains). 🥾

🧘 During the day we'll stop in a nice spot to open up, stretch and strengthen our body with a Gentle all levels Yoga practice (standing sequence by Dori). Afterwards you can enjoy a Biozen meditation (by Fra) with Tibetan singing bowls to full relax and reboot your system🧘 ♥🥁

👟What to wear: hiking boots or trainers but with a good grip! (wet path!). Dress up according to weather conditions.

🎒 What to bring: yoga mat, polifoam or a THICK towel -maybe even a double one to protect your hips and knees when doing Asanas. Water. Snacks.
