Join us for the Earth day to raise the vibrations of the collective consciousness and make our planets an healthier and happier place to leave. A mindful body & soul is the key to improve our awareness towards Mother earth 🌎 and we will connect to her with this very special event.

Program 🌱💫🌎:
- Welcome Meditation, down to Earth,
- Gentle yoga - Muladhara (root chakra) focused class,
- Progressive relaxation with the sound of the Earth ( mini ambient concert with the real sound of the planet earth) and deep sound bath with many mystical instruments (angel harp, Tibetan bowls, thunder drum , Koshis, ocean drum and more...)
- Herbal tea farewell ceremony ( optional)
We suggest you dress in red 🟥 or green 🟢 to enhance the experience.
