Everybody is welcome! This is a community program with lots of nice people and FUN.
PROGRAM:
• Soft flow riverside (easy full body yoga)
• Handpan magic (relaxation in the grass)
• Sunset picnic together ✨🌅🤍 (please bring your own food and drink)
• Badminton challenge (optional)
Yoga mat, blanket or towel needed for the practice!
