• I am here to facilitate you in your self-healing process. I will talk about the power of the mind and our endless possibilities. Then we will perform Asanas to move the body and to activate our energy clannels. I will be using my own meditation script accompanied by sounds to trigger the activition of the immune system's natural healing abilities and to help you understand, that
