The first half of the class is a dynamic flow and the second half is a yin style yoga. So you are really going to experience the element of Fire and the element of Water IN ONE YOGA PRACTICE.

Sound bath to carry you away in the relaxation.

30' Power yoga (building strength)

30' Yin yoga (stretching)

15' Sound healing therapy

Location: Healing Home, Pozsonyi way 54.

Ring bell 33 and come to the 3rd floor.

(Next to Margaret's island on the Pest side. Jászai Mari tér and Nyugati are 15mins by walking.)
