Yin yoga & Sound bath

Service Description

This session removes energy blockages, anxiety and stress. Relax and release. Light body. Still mind. Ascending the soul. We use aromatherapy, special effects, lights, sounds and frequencies during this session. Each week is different. Shamanic sound bath, Space sound bath, Elements of Nature, etc. Follow our weekly posts to find out! Instruments we use: angel harp, drums, rattles, ocean dub, mini gong, koshis, Neptune - quartz crystal bowl, Tibetan singing bowls, Indonesian rainstick, singing chime, tingsha.
