Power flow & Breathwork

Person practicing power flow and breathwork yoga on a balcony with mountain view, promoting a class at 5:30 PM on Tuesdays at Studio Passion.

Every Tuesday at 17:30 in Studio Passion, Budapest

This class is about building control, flexibility, focus and confidence. Breathwork guides us into the Depths of Yoga. We move through a dynamic flow, creative sequences that challenges our balance, coordination, and strength. We work on postures that help us go a little deeper — both physically and mentally.

Deep stretches and my angel harp will help you cool down and let go towards the end of the practice.

It’s a supportive space where you can explore safely, and feel proud of your progress.

I do not recommend this class for complete beginners.

Vinyasa flow & Sound bath

Every Tuesday at 19:30 in Healing Home, Budapest

This beginner–intermediate class connects movement and breath for an energising yet grounding practice. We’ll flow through creative sequences to strengthen and stretch, with safe options for all levels. You’ll have the chance to try backbends, forward bends, and playful inversions if you like.

And when the movement slows down, we close with deep stretches and a restorative sound bath—helping your body release tension and your mind settle into calm before you head home.

This class is about building control, flexibility, and confidence.

We move through creative sequences, linking breath to movement, and working on postures that help you go a little deeper — both physically and mentally.

We’ll start with a short breathing practice, then move into a dynamic flow that challenges your balance, coordination, and strength. Expect a mix of standing poses, twists, backbends and stretches to release tension — and we close with a short Sound Bath to help your body and mind fully let go.

It’s a supportive space where you can move with focus, explore safely, and feel proud of your progress.

Yin yoga & Sound journey

A person with blonde hair and a tattoo on their arm is practicing yoga on a mat in a room with shelves and folded blankets. They are in a forward bend pose, resting their head on a bolster pillow. In front, there is a table with several Tibetan singing bowls arranged on a mat, and a lit candle in a small glass holder.

EXPLORE INFINITE WAYS OF RELAXATION

Friday evening. The week is behind you. You arrive at Healing Home. The space is calm — a bit of incense, soft light, a quiet room.

We start with Yin yoga: long holds, slow breathing, time to release tension.

Then comes the sound bath. Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, angel harp, rainstick, ocean drum, crystal bowls... a simple way to slow down and recharge before the weekend.

***Please note, that once in a while we do special yoga events with longer duration and a more complex sound trip with handpan, didgeridoo, jaw harp and other Earthy instruments. In this case prices will differ.***

Resztoratív jóga hangfürdővel

A woman practicing yoga outdoors on a mat beside grass, with candles and decorative objects on a table, advertising a restorative yoga and bathhouse event at Leányfalu, Fényterem.
