Vinyasa flow & Sound bath

Every Tuesday at 19:30 in Healing Home, Budapest

This beginner–intermediate class connects movement and breath for an energising yet grounding practice. We’ll flow through creative sequences to strengthen and stretch, with safe options for all levels. You’ll have the chance to try backbends, forward bends, and playful inversions if you like.

And when the movement slows down, we close with deep stretches and a restorative sound bath—helping your body release tension and your mind settle into calm before you head home.

***From end of May to beginning of October this session is held outdoors in Margaret’s island for the Sunset.***

Power Vinyasa & Sound bath

This class is about building control, flexibility, and confidence.

We move through creative sequences, linking breath to movement, and working on postures that help you go a little deeper — both physically and mentally.

We’ll start with a short breathing practice, then move into a dynamic flow that challenges your balance, coordination, and strength. Expect a mix of standing poses, twists, backbends and stretches to release tension — and we close with a short Sound Bath to help your body and mind fully let go.

It’s a supportive space where you can move with focus, explore safely, and feel proud of your progress.

EXPLORE INFINITE WAYS OF RELAXATION

It is believed, that Yin helps to regulate the flow of energy in the body. We will be holding stretches to access deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue). Yin yoga cultivates, stillness of the body and mind as well as physical ease. This style of yoga is also suitable for people with pains, injuries. We close the practice with a nurturing Sound Journey.
