Stretch & Release – Yin Yoga practice with Dóri
A slow, mindful practice designed to release tension, stretch deeply and reconnect with your body. Open to all levels, this encourages stillness, breath, restoration and inner calm.
Nourish your Soul - Enjoy listening to a nurturing handpan 432 HZ (same frequency as Anahata Chakra) to open up your heart, helping your body and mind settle into calm. A moment to simply be, reflect, and relax.
Hot herbal teas will be served to you on arrival at the yoga center.

Spending time in Nature, walk in the frosty forest all the way up to a viewpoint to admire the breath-taking winter landscape of the Transdanubia, have a lunch there at the top, then hike back down to enjoy the second part of the day, which is Yin yoga practice (stretchy & easy), Handpan sound concert (relaxing & releasing) and Finn Sauna (detoxifying & heart-warming) in one of the coolest hotels in the area, the Edenrock Stairs.
We use DoTerra essential oils for the sauna. Lemongrass, Lavender and Peppermint.
Hot herbal teas will be served to you at the hotel.

Followed by a Guided Somatic Trance Breathing session.
Our own breath, frequencies, sounds, music, shamanic drums will support our journey towards stillness, and guided awareness to access the subtler layers of self. This is a night for dreamers, feelers, and anyone longing to begin again from a place of deep alignment.

This unique combination of ancient plant wisdom and slow conscious breathing invites you to connect deeply with your inner self and the present moment.
Following this, you’re invited to sit or lay down in stillness, the space is yours to explore.
